Gift Card Terms & Conditions

  1. Redemption
    Gift cards are redeemable exclusively for photography services offered by Darren Sinderby Photography. This includes any available photography packages unless otherwise stated.

  2. Validity
    Gift cards do not expire and can be used at any time, subject to photographer availability.

  3. Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable
    Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, in part or full. They are non-transferable once redeemed or booked under a specific name.

  4. Booking
    All sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Please mention the gift card at the time of booking and provide the unique code included with the card.

  5. No Change Given
    If the total value of the session is less than the gift card amount, the remaining balance will be retained on the card for future use. No cash or credit will be given for unused amounts.

  6. Lost or Stolen Cards
    Dazzles Photography is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards. Please treat your card like cash.

  7. Rescheduling & Cancellations
    Standard rescheduling and cancellation policies apply to bookings made with a gift card. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of the session.

  8. Usage Restrictions
    Gift cards cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, or special offers unless explicitly stated.

  9. Custom Packages & Add-Ons
    Gift cards may be applied toward custom packages or additional services (prints, albums, extended sessions, etc.) provided by Darren Sinderby Photography.
